FREE IN-PERSON WORKSHOP:  Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Wills, Trusts and Avoiding Probate (Kansas Homeowners)

Learn the steps necessary to protect your assets and provide for your loved ones. At the workshop, we will discuss several issues including:

  • What are the 7 Costly mistakes families make in their estate plans?
  • PROBATE – what is it, why does everyone want to AVOID IT?
  • How do I protect my children’s inheritance from their spouse?
  • How do I ensure my children don’t waste or lose their inheritance?
  • If I die first, and my spouse remarries, will my kids still get the money?
  • How do I leave my money to my kids who are financially irresponsible?
  • How will the pending tax law changes affect my estate plan?

I get invited to lots of these seminars…this one puts the rest to shame. I received practical info. instead of vague sales tactics.” -Sharon R., Workshop guest
