What should I bring to an estate planning or trust review meeting?
Bring whatever you have. Seriously.
Helpful items include your current estate planning documents, financial account statements, real estate information, beneficiary designation forms, life insurance information, business or LLC documents, and contact information for your financial advisor, CPA, or insurance agent.
But if you are not sure what matters, bring the stack. Part of our job is helping sort through the paperwork so you do not have to figure it all out before you come in.
